WALK DESCRIPTION

BEST TIME TO WALK

DESCRIPTION:   In an easy, one hour stroll, (2 hrs return) the trail follows the headlands between Bondi and Bronte, offering views of sea sculptured sandstone and  waves. The track takes you down to some of Sydney’s best loved beaches.

THERE & BACK: Buses 365, 380, 381 and L82 (to Bondi), 361 (to Tamarama) and 378 (to Bronte) stop near the Walk.

FACILITIES: The beachside parks offer picnic shelters, coin-operated barbecues, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms.   Make a day of it and have a BBQ on the coast.

BEST TIME: All year round. Swimming in summer and an invigorating walk in winter.   HOW HARD IS IT REALLY? The coastal path is well maintained and easy to follow.   Rated Easy

FOOD: A great variety of food is available from restaurants, cafes and take away shops.   WATER: Fresh water is available from fountains in the parks.

This is a tropical environment, so dress appropriately for this walk.
