Hawkesbury River, Wiseman's Ferry, NSW | HOW DO I MANAGE THE CHANGING WEATHER? Layering. That's the phrase and best description for the manner of dressing for Autumn, a rather changeable season. 1. Next to skin T-shirt (not cotton). 2. Long sleeve shirt. 3. Some sort of Fleece or windbreaker. 4. Outer shell for rain. WHAT'S NEW AT ADVENTURE? This season we have introduced a great new section on CLASSIC WORLD WALKS, which surveys 10 great walks around the world. Also we have teamed up with NPA's Great Australian Bushwalk and Wildwalks to present the GAB WALK of the MONTH. Have a look. | MOTIVATION? Put on your WALKING SHOES and comfy clothes. Open the front door, walk out the door and don’t come back for 20 minutes. Once you’ve done this every day for a week, add 5 minutes to your walk.
