Which walks are Best? The best walks are ones you enjoy, and are happy to do 3 or 4 times a week. There's no need to overextend yourself trying to be too adventurous, remember you're just starting out. A good 45 minute health walk that gets you a little breathless 3 times a week is an ideal starting point. |

| Who can I walk with? You don't HAVE to walk with anyone if you'd rather go alone till you become more confident. You can easily join a walking club, walk your dog (or a neighbour's), you can even walk to the supermarket and back. |
