how do i start a walking programme?

You'll feel better, look better and think better after exercise. 

You'll also sleep better. Maybe you'll even inspire someone you know to get moving too.

Who can I walk with?
You don't HAVE to walk with anyone if you'd rather go alone. You can join a walking club, walk your dog  (or a neighbour's), you can even walk to the supermarket and back.
